Meet Hamish Riley

Hi, I’m Hamish Riley.

My journey into mortgage broking began when I was 18 years old and eager to buy my first property. After being turned away by multiple banks, I met a mortgage broker who took the time to guide me through the steps I needed to take to achieve my goal. That experience was life-changing and ignited a passion in me to help others in the same way. Just a year later, I purchased my first property, and two years after that, I started working for that very broker who helped me.

Since 2007, I’ve carried forward that same approach of personalised care and dedication, helping every client reach their financial goals. With a background in insurance broking, business banking, and financial planning, I bring a well-rounded perspective to my role as a Senior Mortgage Broker. I find great satisfaction in assisting clients who have been turned away by banks and helping them find a way forward. It’s more than just a job for me; it’s about changing lives and opening doors to new opportunities.

In 2024, I’m excited to bring Looped to life—a business that has grown out of everything I’ve learned over the years. At Looped, I continue to champion the cause of my clients, ensuring they receive the best possible advice and support.
